Volunteer Goal:
Every family volunteers at least once in the first 90 days, and at least 3 times per year.

The Concert Uniform Dresses need to be washed before the May 7 concert. Looking for 15 volunteers to wash 5 dresses on gentle, hang to dry and return.
I will have the dresses Thursday, April 18, before and after the Marching Band Information Meeting for anyone able to take dresses home to wash.
Dresses can be returned at the Band Booster Meeting on Tuesday, April 23 or you can arrange a time to meet with Jennifer. Many Hands make light work.

Performance is on July 2. Tickets are $10
Please RSVP HERE for the Band Banquet on May 13 at 6pm. Refreshements will be served after the Awards ceremony.

Booster Nominations have been made but still have positions to fill! If you would be willing to fill one please contact Kiki Gayer at [email protected], Jody Morgan at [email protected], or Shana McKinney at [email protected].

Nominations will be voted on at the April Booster meeting.
Sports physicals need to be delivered to the Athletic office or the main office can also get them there. Please DO NOT put physical forms in the black box in the band office.

Summer Events

May 27 and May 30

All marchers from Paradise Found season are required to march at these parades.
Aug 3 at Eastside Christian Church
Marching Band is to staff and perform at event and receive $1500 donation.
Save the Date! June 22-29 Ball State University, Muncie, IN

This is an optional camp for kids that want a little extra band instruction time over the summer.

Band Booster Monthly Meetings

Meetings are usually the 4th Tuesday of each month at 7:00pm in the MHS Band Room or music wing.

2018-2019 meeting dates: June 26, July (no meeting), Aug 28, Sept 25, Oct 23, Nov 27, Dec (no meeting), Jan 22, Feb 19 *date change*, March 26, Apr 23, May 28, June 25.
