Volunteer Goal:
Every family volunteers at least once in the first 90 days, and at least 3 times per year.

Ticket sales have been extended until March 26!

Pep Band Performance at a Cyclones Games on March 27. Tickets are $10/student, payable to the Milford Band Boosters.

Parents can buy tickets through the Cyclones directly and request they sit near the band.

Rehearsal will be Monday/Tuesday 3/25,26 2-2:45pm. We will rehearse a new arrangement of the National Anthem.

Students will be need to provide their own transportation to US Bank Arena on Wed 3/27 at 6pm. We will have a report area. (TBA)

Students will need to wear their Band Polos and blue jeans. Band jackets are also permitted.

Discount card money is due ASAP! Please send money or unsold cards in envelope labeled with student name.

As this will conclude eligibility for prizes, we do still have extra cards to sell. Contact Staci Wingo at milfordbandpresident@gmail.com if you would like more cards.

Nominations will be presented at the March Booster meeting and we still have several positions to fill. If you are interested in a specific position or know someone that would be a good fit for an open position, please contact, Kiki Gayer at gwoodb2@aol.com, Jody Morgan at jody.morgan@hotmail.com, or Shana McKinney at shanamckinney92@yahoo.com.

Sports physicals need to be delivered to the Athletic office; the main office can also get them there. Please DO NOT put physical forms in the black box in the band office.

Summer Events

May 30 “Date Change” All marchers from Paradise Found season are required to march at this parade as well as Memorial Day Parade.
Save the Date! June 22-29 Ball State University, Muncie, IN

This is an optional camp for kids that want a little extra band instruction time over the summer.

Band Booster Monthly Meetings

Meetings are usually the 4th Tuesday of each month at 7:00pm in the MHS Band Room or music wing.

2018-2019 meeting dates: June 26, July (no meeting), Aug 28, Sept 25, Oct 23, Nov 27, Dec (no meeting), Jan 22, Feb 19 *date change*, March 26, Apr 23, May 28, June 25.

All are welcome and encouraged to attend!
